Migrations

An advisory firm migration ritual

Included on every plan. Scope, verification, cutover steps, and timing are agreed after reviewing the site and available access.

How a move works

  1. Intake. Site count, current host, domains, and plan intent via Start. Optional: Scorecard first to surface gaps before cutover.
  2. Copy & verify. The migration plan identifies the files, data, pages, forms, and domain paths in scope before DNS changes.
  3. Cut over. A coordinated DNS window and known contact path. Downtime cannot be ruled out.
  4. Close the loop. Evidence Pack kickoff on Exam Ready / Firm Command and an agreed transition from the old host. Exit assistance is included later too.

What to expect

Timing depends on site complexity, third-party systems, and cooperation providing host, backup, and DNS access. No public go-live duration is promised.
