Who we are. State Street Hosting is a managed WordPress hosting service for financial professionals, operated by Mixell Group LLC from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Marketing site forms. When you use Start, Scorecard, or Launch, we collect the fields you submit (for example name, email, firm, firm type, plan interest, site count, migration details, intent, message, and any score/band/gap context). Forms may be processed by our site host (Netlify Forms). We use that information to respond to your inquiry and to provide hosting services.

Plans & billing. If you become a customer on Advisor Core, Exam Ready, Firm Command, and/or Content Concierge — billed monthly or yearly — we process account, billing, and service data as needed to deliver and support the plan. Payment processors handle card data; we do not store full payment card numbers on this marketing site.

Customer sites. We process site data as needed to host, back up, update, document, and support your WordPress installations. We do not sell customer data.

Email. We email you about your inquiry, account, billing, and service notices. You can ask us to stop marketing-style messages; transactional hosting email may continue while you are a customer.

Cookies & analytics. This marketing site does not require an account. We may use essential cookies for form submission and product flows. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.

Retention. Inquiry form data is kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Hosting backup retention and responsibility, when applicable, are defined in customer-specific service documentation.

Third parties. Infrastructure, form, and payment providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Governing law. Privacy practices for this service are administered under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
