Terms of service

1. Service. State Street Hosting provides managed WordPress hosting subject to the plan you select on our Pricing page — including Advisor Core, Exam Ready, Firm Command, and optional Content Concierge. Plan limits (sites, storage, support scope) apply. Evidence Pack and related materials are infrastructure and operational documentation for your compliance program; they do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of regulatory approval. We may adjust pricing with notice before renewal.

2. Audience. Service is offered for financial professionals and finance-related firms. We may decline or terminate accounts outside that audience.

3. Term & renewal. Service is billed monthly or yearly as selected. Yearly plans renew for successive yearly terms unless canceled in writing before the renewal date. Monthly plans renew monthly until canceled. Customer-specific service levels, timing commitments, and any credits apply only when stated in the order confirmation.

4. Payment. Fees are due in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Acceptable use. You will not use the service for illegal content, spam, malware distribution, or activity that harms other customers or infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Content & ownership. You retain ownership of your site content. You warrant that you have rights to materials you host. Plugin and theme licenses we provide may be non-transferable; we will document what transfers on exit.

7. Migrations. We migrate sites onto and off our hosting at no charge as described on Migrations. Timing depends on site complexity and cooperation providing access.

8. Warranties & liability. Service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that sites will never be compromised, or that use of our infrastructure will satisfy any particular regulatory examination. Our liability for downtime or data loss is limited to credits or refunds expressly described in the order confirmation, not to exceed fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for consequential damages.

9. Termination. Either party may terminate for material breach after written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or abuse. On termination we will provide a reasonable window and export checklist for your site.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Venue lies in the courts of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, or federal courts sitting therein.
