How Firm Launch stays compliance-aware

Firm Launch helps net-new firms create an in-browser site draft in about ninety seconds. It is built to reduce careless marketing copy — not to approve your advertising or make the firm SEC or FINRA compliant.

What “compliance-aware” means here

  • Template lock. Copy fills approved finance section schemas only. No freeform site invention.
  • Banned-claims filter. Common overpromises and performance language are screened before staging.
  • Disclosure placeholders. Required-looking disclosure blocks are always injected for your CCO to complete.
  • Preview first. The draft stays in your browser. Hosting and public launch require a separate onboarding step.

The CCO gate

  • The preview does not connect custom DNS or publish a website. Public launch follows onboarding and your firm’s approval process.
  • Your compliance program owns final claims, testimonials, fee language, and disclosures.
  • Firm Launch provides a constrained preview path. State Street provides infrastructure only after onboarding; we do not act as your CCO.

What Firm Launch is not

  • Not a legal review, advertising approval, or exam readiness certificate.
  • Not a substitute for your policies on testimonials, hypotheticals, or third-party content.
  • Not available as a general small-business site builder — finance layouts only.

When to use Scorecard instead

Already have a live firm site? Skip Launch and run the Advisor Web Risk Scorecard to surface security, compliance, performance, and vendor gaps on the current stack.
