Documentable operations, bounded claims

State Street provides managed WordPress and operational records a financial firm can review. Your firm remains responsible for its compliance program and regulatory conclusions.

Compliance boundary

Evidence Pack materials describe website operations. They are not legal advice, a certification, an attestation, or a guarantee of SEC, FINRA, state, or other regulatory approval. The customer and its advisers own policy decisions, content approval, disclosures, books-and-records determinations, and vendor oversight.

Operational documentation offered

Exam Ready and Firm Command include a Website Evidence Pack. Its structure covers a controls summary, vendor register, update/change log, backup and restore evidence, incident record, quarterly posture summary, and customer review fields.

The pack records what was documented for the customer; it does not turn an absent test, event, or control into evidence. Customer-specific frequencies, retention, response timing, and service levels belong in the order confirmation and operating records.

Ownership, access, and portability

Customers retain ownership of their site content. Access roles and credential handoffs are documented during onboarding and exit. Any provider-supplied plugin or theme licenses that cannot transfer are identified rather than implied to be portable.

On exit, State Street provides a reasonable transition window and an export checklist for site files and data. Migrations onto and off the service are offered without a separate migration charge; timing depends on site complexity and access supplied by the customer.

Dependencies and accountability

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may also involve domain, DNS, plugin, theme, form, and payment providers. Relevant customer-site dependencies belong in the vendor register. State Street does not represent those dependencies as first-party systems or imply certifications they have not provided for the service.

Exam Ready and Firm Command include a named support channel. Escalation contacts and any response commitments are documented for the customer; no response or restoration time is promised on this public page.
