What we manage
- Access: WordPress and vendor access are addressed during onboarding and documented for review.
- Updates: core, plugin, and theme maintenance is part of the managed service; the customer-specific process is recorded in the service documentation.
- Backups & restore: backup and restore responsibilities are documented in the customer’s order and Evidence Pack.
- Incidents: Exam Ready and Firm Command include a named support channel and an incident-record structure.
- Evidence Pack: controls summary, vendor register, change log, backup/restore evidence, incident record, and quarterly posture summary.
What we do not claim
No host makes a firm SEC- or FINRA-compliant. We do not claim a certification, regulatory approval, breach prevention, or uninterrupted availability. Your firm owns its compliance program, content approvals, disclosures, and vendor oversight.
